Exercise Therapy Taster Sessions

This sessions are designed to introduce you to exercise therapy. You can either bring your own horse to work with or use one of ours (please state on booking) 

• Yoursession will begin with an introduction to exercise therapy, the reasoning behind it and how it achieves long term improvement. 
• We will carry out assessments to idenitfy areas which we can build uppn
• You will be introduced to a variety of equipment which can be used to support exercise therapy and I will explain when each are appropriate, when they might need to be avoided and why this is the case. 
• We will then work togther with your horse, considering what exercises will be suitable and how they will help to achieve longer term plans. 
• We will then discuss a longer term plan for your horse and how the skills and exercises your have learnt fit into that plan.
