Exercise Therapy Clinic

Clinic sessions can either be private, semi-private or in groups of up to 3 people. Please select your preference when you book.  

Exercise Therapy helps horses and ponies to use and strengthen their muscles, joints and soft tissue

correctly, laying secure foundations for ridden work and training. 

Each session includes:

•  A dynamic assessment to evaluate how your horse moves
•  A variety of exercises- these will be dependant on your horse and your goals, and may include pole work, can be ridden or from the ground
• While we are working, I will explain what we are aiming for and how to identify movements are being carried out correctly so that you are confident to use them at home
• After the session, I will send you an individualised exercise plan, incorporating what we have worked on, with next steps for you to continue working on at home.

What I need from you:

Sessions are tailored to each individual horse, even when working as part of a group. This means I need a little bit of background information from you on booking. Please compete the booking form on the next page, I will ask you to provide me with the following details:

- Your long term goals for you and your horse

- What you are currently working on

- Any particular difficulties or weaknesses you are experiencing

- Any prior injuries your horse has suffered, with time scales

Please Note: The cost of the clinic ticket is for one horse only. All horses must be booked separatly.
