exercise therapy clinics
Exercise Therapy helps horses and ponies to use and strengthen their muscles, joints and soft tissue
correctly, laying secure foundations for ridden work and training. Each session includes:
-
A dynamic assessment to evaluate how your horse moves
-
A variety of exercises- these will be dependent on your goals for you and your horse, and may include pole work, can be ridden or from the ground
-
While we are working, I will explain what we are aiming for and how to identify movements are being carried out correctly so that you are confident to use them at home
-
After the session, I will send you an individualised exercise plan, incorporating what we haveworked on, with next steps for you to continue working on at home.
